In the 38 years since inception, Perfect Engineers and group companies have undergone many a transition from the manufacturing of Small pumps to Large size Pumps, Motors and special products. Having been selected to be a factored supplier by engineering giants, we have established a formidable footing over the years. With world class engineering excellence, we have been able to record a remarkable growth throughout. Every product we manufacture undergoes a series of on-line performance testing. PARANAA’s flexible manufacturing system allows for rapid satisfaction of our customer order requirements, independent of volume or product mix helping us to script our success story. • Inspection is carried out as a “Three Stage Process” to ensure the end result of High-Quality Products - always.
• Vendor Analysis, Vendor Approval and Vendor Rating are carried out for assuring quality
• Periodical calibration of all instruments and gauges
• Cpk studies for process capabilities
• Six Sigma Integration

Receiving Inspection

100 % and sampling inspection item wise carried out as per quality plan.

In-Process Inspection

100% Hydraulic testing carried out for shut-off head.

100% Testing carried out in coil winding.

Final Inspection

100% Testing in final stage.
